Directions
- 1Add melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar to a bowl and mix to form a paste.
- 2Add your egg and vanilla and mix until thick and smooth.
- 3Add plain flour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt to a sieve.
- 4Sift the dry ingredients in then fold them into the mix.
- 5Add your chocolate chips and fold these in.
- 6Refrigerate the dough.
- 7Scoop up about two tablespoons of the dough and place on a baking tray.
- 8Bake in the oven.
- 9Let them cool.
