Directions
- 1Spread marshmallow fluff on the rim of the mug.
- 2Use a torch or lighter to toast the marshmallow fluff on the rim.
- 3Add sugar to a saucepan.
- 4Add cocoa to the saucepan.
- 5Add salt to the saucepan.
- 6Pour water into the saucepan.
- 7Whisk the mixture until combined.
- 8Boil the mixture for 2 minutes while stirring.
- 9Slowly pour in milk while stirring the mixture.
- 10Stir until the hot chocolate is hot enough to drink.
- 11Pour the hot chocolate into the prepared mug.
