Honey Chipotle Beef & Potatoes
Directions
- 1Cube the yukon gold potatoes.
- 2Add olive oil and spices.
- 3Mix the potatoes so they are well incorporated and toss these in the air fryer or the oven.
- 4On a medium heat pan, add some lean ground beef.
- 5Once it gets some browning, add some taco seasoning, then some honey and chipotle adobo sauce.
- 6Take out your crispy potatoes.
- 7Assemble everything with some chipotle sour cream, cheese, and enjoy.
