Directions
- 1Mix the milk, sugar and bicarbonate in a bowl in cold
- 2Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely
- 3Pour half of the mixture into a pot
- 4Once it boils and lifts up, add the other half of the mixture
- 5After approximately one and a half hours, it will be ready
- 6To know when it is ready, put a drop in a glass of cold water, if the drop reaches the bottom without falling apart, it is ready
- 7Cover and give the jar a turn
