Directions

  1. 1Season the steak with salt and vacuum seal it.
  2. 2Submerge the sealed steak in a container filled with ice water.
  3. 3Peel the potatoes and cut them into stick shapes.
  4. 4Wash and clean the potatoes.
  5. 5Boil potatoes in salted water until soft.
  6. 6Boil rosemary in water.
  7. 7Blend the boiled rosemary with water until a smooth paste forms.
  8. 8Strain the rosemary mixture to remove the solids.
  9. 9Dry the boiled potatoes.
  10. 10Prepare a hollandaise sauce using egg yolks, butter, and salt.
  11. 11Fill the hollandaise sauce into a siphon bottle and charge it.
