Directions
- 1Peel and cube the russet potatoes.
- 2Put the potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
- 3Shake to mix.
- 4Add to the air fryer at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 5Cook the ground beef in a hot pan.
- 6Add the seasonings listed below and let it cook until browned.
- 7Stir in the potatoes once cooked.
- 8Add shredded cheddar and pop into the oven for a couple minutes to melt.
- 9Drizzle queso over the top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- 10Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
