Directions
- 1Slice your chicken in half and season with seasoning of your choice.
- 2Cook chicken on each side for about 4 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- 3Cook your pasta according to the directions on the container.
- 4In the same pan as the chicken, whisk together olive oil and flour.
- 5Slowly add chicken broth to the hot pan and whisk until the broth is incorporated and a thick sauce forms.
- 6Add lemon juice and salt to the sauce.
- 7Add the cooked pasta and mix until well coated.
- 8Serve with your sliced chicken.
