Add 1 pound of ground beef to a pan and brown it using a meat chopper.

Season the browned ground beef generously with taco seasoning mix.

Pour 2 cups of water into the pan with the ground beef.

Add one can of no-salt-added diced tomatoes to the mixture.

Add one can of green chilies to the pot.

Once everything is mixed, add 2 cups of Minute Rice to the pan.

Give all ingredients a good mix and then cover the pot with a lid to cook the rice thoroughly.

Once the rice is fully cooked, top the mixture with Mexican cheese.

Place the lid back on the pot to allow the cheese to melt completely.

Serve the cooked beef and rice mixture on a tortilla.
