Directions
- 1On a medium heat, melt 12 Tbsp of butter.
- 2Once melted, add 1/2 cup milk and stir.
- 3Add 1 3/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa and stir with a spoon until melted.
- 4Switch to a whisk, and once everything is smooth, turn the heat up to high.
- 5Once boiling, set a timer for 1 minute and let it boil for that time.
- 6Remove from heat and add 1 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- 7Add 3 cups of oats and stir until coated.
- 8Spoon the mixture by spoonful onto parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- 9Allow to set until cookies are formed.
