- 1Add 2 eggs to a bowl.
- 2Add 80g of sugar to the eggs.
- 3Mix the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- 4Break 200g of dark chocolate into a separate bowl.
- 5Melt the chocolate.
- 6Pour 150g of melted butter into the melted chocolate.
- 7Mix the chocolate and butter until smooth.
- 8Pour the chocolate mixture into the egg and sugar mixture.
- 9Add 100g of flour to the mixture.
- 10Mix until a smooth batter is formed.
- 11Place an adjustable cake ring on a baking tray lined with newspaper.
- 12Pour the chocolate batter into the cake ring.
- 13Bake the chocolate cake for 10 minutes.
- 14While the cake is baking, prepare the cookie topping by adding 150g of sugar to a bowl with melted butter.
- 15Add 1 egg to the sugar and butter mixture.
- 16Add 230g of flour to the bowl.
- 17Fold the ingredients until a dough forms.
- 18Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough.
- 19Scoop portions of the cookie dough onto the partially baked chocolate cake.
- 20Spread the cookie dough evenly over the chocolate cake.
- 21Bake the cake again until the cookie topping is golden brown.
- 22Cut the baked cake into slices.
- 23Serve a slice on a plate.
- 24Enjoy the chocolate cake with a cookie on top.
