Directions
- 1Crush 40 Oreo cookies in a food processor on low speed for less than a minute.
- 2Add one block of softened cream cheese on top of the crushed Oreo cookies in the food processor and mix.
- 3Form the mixture into balls and place them in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- 4Use a small cookie scoop to drop each ball onto a parchment paper lined surface.
- 5Chill the formed Oreo balls in the fridge while melting the chocolate.
- 6Melt about half of a 300-gram bar of milk chocolate in the microwave.
- 7Add a little dab of coconut oil to the melting chocolate to help it melt nicely and maintain a thin, shiny consistency.
- 8Microwave the chocolate for approximately 90 seconds, stopping and stirring after each 30-second increment to prevent burning.
- 9Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate and return it to the parchment paper lined surface.
- 10Place the chocolate-dipped Oreo balls back into the fridge to chill until the chocolate is fully hardened and set.
