- 4Continue cooking the chicken all the way through, then set it aside to rest.
- 5In the same pot, add diced onions, celery, and potatoes.
- 6Add minced garlic, fresh rosemary, and thyme to the pot.
- 7Give the vegetables a slight mix.
- 8Stir in the flour.
- 9Mix everything again.
- 10Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream.
- 11Add the same seasoning mixture used for the chicken to the soup.
- 12Mix slightly and bring the soup to a low simmer.
- 13Once simmering, add the frozen peas and carrots.
- 14Return the freshly chopped chicken to the pot.
- 15Give everything a good mix and let it all come together.
