Directions
- 1Peel one potato and cut into pieces.
- 2Boil potato pieces in salted water until soft.
- 3Mash the potatoes.
- 4Add corn starch and sugar.
- 5Mix well.
- 6Roll the potatoes into a ball, flatten it and add the cheese, then cover it.
- 7Flatten again and clean the sides.
- 8Shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.

Tips
- You can leave out the sugar if you want.
