Directions
- 1Add instant coffee to a glass bowl.
- 2Pour in white sugar.
- 3Add hot water.
- 4Mix for around 5 minutes with an electric mixer until a thick, creamy consistency is achieved.
- 5Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
- 6Pour the whipped coffee mixture into an airtight container.
- 7Smooth the top with a spatula.
- 8Place the container in the freezer overnight.
- 9Fill a tall glass with ice.
- 10Pour milk over the ice.
- 11Scoop the frozen whipped coffee into the glass.
- 12Add a straw and enjoy.
- 13Optionally, add more milk to taste.
