Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
- 3Whisk egg whites until they fluff up.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks with greek yogurt and baking soda.
- 5Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- 6Transfer batter into an 8" lined or oiled pan.
- 7Bake for 30 minutes.
- 8Turn off the oven, open the door slightly and let it cool in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- 9Refrigerate a few hours before slicing and topping (if desired).
