Directions
- 1Crush vanilla wafers using a food processor.
- 2In a bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter, mix well.
- 3Add the mixture to a wax-lined springform pan and press it down firmly with a glass. Refrigerate.
- 4Cream together two 8 oz cream cheese bars until smooth.
- 5Add vanilla instant pudding, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until creamy.
- 6Pour the mixture over the vanilla wafer crust and spread evenly.
- 7Decorate with sliced bananas and remaining vanilla wafers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
