Directions

Add all the ingredients needed for the batter into a bowl and blend until smooth.

Take 1 glass of that batter and transfer it to a separate bowl, add the ingredients needed for the cocoa batter and blend until smooth.

Transfer the cocoa mixture into a sauce bottle.

Squeeze the cocoa batter in a spiral shape onto the pan and let it cook for 5-10 seconds.

Pour 1 full ladle of the plain batter and cook for 30-40 seconds.

Cook the other side for 20 seconds.

Put the cooked crepes on top of each other while they are hot so they soften well.

Fill each crepe with chocolate and roll them up.

Place the rolled crepes on a plate and serve.

400 ml milk
160 g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
18 g granulated sugar
1 pinch salt
10 ml vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
chocolate spread

Tips
Rest the batter for 10 minutes before cooking
Don't use too high or too low heat, the pan has to be hot
You can make this batter plain and fill it with pastry cream and fruit.
You can crown it with chocolate sauce
