- 10Add 1 cup of brown sugar.
- 11Beat the mixture until combined.
- 12Add 2 large eggs.
- 13Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
- 14Beat the wet ingredients until light and fluffy.
- 15Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- 16Add 1 and 1/2 cups of crumbled graham crackers or 1 crumbled graham cracker crust to the dough.
- 17Mix the dough until all ingredients are well combined.
- 18Scoop out large dough balls.
- 19Roll the dough balls in crushed graham cracker crumbs.
- 20Place the rolled dough balls onto a baking sheet.
- 21Create a well inside each dough ball using a measuring spoon.
- 22Bake the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
- 23For the filling, add 12 ounces of softened cream cheese to a bowl.
- 24Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- 25Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
- 26Add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
- 27Add 2 tablespoons of lime zest.
- 28Add 1/2 cup of lime juice.
- 29Beat the filling ingredients until well combined and creamy.
- 30Chill the filling for 1-2 hours minimum.
- 31Pipe the lime filling into the wells of the baked cookies.
- 32Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the lime filling.
- 33Garnish with a lime wedge.
- 34Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs.
