Directions

  1. 1Stem 10 oz cherries.
  2. 2Pit cherries.
  3. 3Combine cherries with 1/4 C coconut water.
  4. 4Blend until smooth.
  5. 5Combine 1 C heavy cream, 3 Tb honey, 1 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  6. 6Whip until stiff peaks.
  7. 7Pick out a mold.
  8. 8Alternate layering 1 Tb cream mixture then 1 Tb cherry mixture until full.
  9. 9Freeze 6 hours.
  10. 10Enjoy!
