Directions
- 1Microwave the dark chocolate and butter for 1 minute.
- 2In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 1/4 cup caster sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 3Add 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to the previous mixture and whisk.
- 4Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture.
- 5Add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and 1/4 cup black cocoa powder and mix well.
- 6Pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes at 175°C.
- 7Cut into squares once cooled.
