Coat a couple of prime ribeye steaks in olive oil.

Season the steaks with steak seasoning.

Add a sprinkle of your favorite pork rub to the steaks.

Transfer the seasoned steaks into a container.

Coat the steaks in Worcestershire sauce.

Coat the steaks in A1 steak sauce.

Let the steaks marinate in the fridge for a few hours.

Grill the steaks at 250 degrees over indirect heat until they reach an internal temperature of around 110 degrees.

Pull the steaks off the grill.

Increase the grill temperature to 500 degrees.

Sear the steaks on both sides until they are nicely browned.

Pull the seared steaks off the grill.

Let the steaks rest.

Slice into the steaks.
