Buffalo chicken and potato skillet

Directions

  1. 1Cut 5 medium potatoes into cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. 2Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp mix herbs and 4 tbsp olive oil to the potatoes.
  3. 3Mix the potatoes well until they are evenly coated with the seasonings and olive oil.
  4. 4Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a pan.
  5. 5Cook the potatoes on low heat for around 15 minutes or until they are soft inside.
  6. 6Cover the pan with a lid while the potatoes are cooking.
  7. 7Cut 4 chicken breasts into cubes and place them in a bowl.
  8. 8Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp mix herbs, 1 tsp garlic and 2 tbsp olive oil to the chicken.
  9. 9Mix the chicken well until it is evenly coated with the seasonings and olive oil.
  10. 10Fry the chicken in a separate pan for around 5 minutes until golden brown.
  11. 11Once the potatoes are soft inside, take off the lid and cook on medium heat for a few minutes to crisp them up.
  12. 12Pour 150ml of single cream over the chicken.
  13. 13Pour 150ml of buffalo sauce over the chicken.
  14. 14Stir to combine the cream and buffalo sauce with the chicken.
  15. 15Add the cooked potatoes to the chicken and mix well.
  16. 16Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  17. 17Let the cheese melt.
  18. 18Sprinkle with greenery for garnish.
