Directions

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Divide the mixture evenly between 8–10 silicone popsicle molds.

Freeze for 6–8 hours, or until fully solid.

Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by gently pushing them up from the bottom of the molds.

Dig in and enjoy!
Ingredients
1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
1 cup raw cashews
0.5 cup cashew butter
0.5 cup pure maple syrup
0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
0.25 tsp salt

Tips
If you don’t have a high-speed blender, use cashew butter instead of cashews.
Store any leftovers in the freezer.
