Directions
- 1Wash your eggs.
- 2In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, 2/3 cup of white sugar, 2/3 cup of brown sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 cup of cocoa, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 3Add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of water, and 2/3 cup of oil to the mixture.
- 4Mix well, and then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- 5Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix.
- 6Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 cake pan.
- 7Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
