Directions
- 1Cut up 6 slices of bacon.
- 2Sauté the bacon until it is crispy.
- 3Put the cooked bacon to the side.
- 4Add 2 cups of heavy cream to the pan with the bacon grease.
- 5Add 2 egg yolks and 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture.
- 6Mix the sauce well.
- 7Add 1 tsp of pepper to the sauce.
- 8Add 1 Tbs of salt to the sauce.
- 9Add the cooked pasta back into the sauce.
- 10Add the cooked bacon back into the pasta and sauce mixture.
- 11Mix everything together.
