Combine all ingredients into a microwave-safe container and cook on high for 1-2 minutes until the beeswax has completely melted.

Give it a quick mix to ensure all ingredients are fully combined then transfer to a resealable container to cool down and re-solidify.

Use a damp rag to gently lift/scoop some of the butter which should be creamy and easily spreadable.

Cover your wood surface completely with the butter and ensure that you rub the mixture into the wood until it is no longer visible.

Give the wood surface some time to fully absorb the butter before using it, especially if you are cutting or serving on it.
