Directions
- 1Melt the butter in 20-second bursts in the microwave.
- 2Stir the butter until fully melted.
- 3Add brown sugar and granulated sugar to the melted butter.
- 4Mix until the sugars and butter are combined.
- 5Add one egg yolk and vanilla to the mixture.
- 6Mix until these are combined.
- 7Fold in the heat-treated flour.
- 8Fold in the chocolate chips.
- 9Top with more chocolate chips.
- 10Microwave on medium (500W) for 40-50 seconds.
- 11Allow to cool for 1 minute.
- 12Serve warm and enjoy.
