Directions
- 1Pit two dates
- 2Soak the dates in warm water.
- 3Add red wine vinegar to a bowl.

- 5Add Dijon mustard.
- 6Add a big garlic clove.
- 7Add olive oil.
- 8Add salt.
- 9Add black pepper.
- 10Add the soaked dates to the bowl.
- 11Blend everything together with an immersion blender (you can also use a food processor).
