- 7Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
- 8Cut strawberries into small pieces and cook them with sugar in a saucepan until a jam is formed.
- 9Add strawberry jam over the cream cheese mixture.
- 10Smooth the top with a spatula.
- 11Cut the cheesecake into 8 slices.
- 12Dip each slice into melted yellow and dark chocolate.
- 13Arrange the cheesecake slices on a plate.
- 14Dust with powdered sugar.
