Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2Cream butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy.
- 3Mix in the egg and vanilla until fully combined.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 5Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- 6Gently fold in chocolate, Oreos, and M&M’s until evenly distributed.
- 7Scoop dough onto the tray (1–2 tbsp per cookie), leaving space between each.
- 8Press extra chocolate, Oreos, and M&M’s on top.
- 9Bake for 8–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers are still soft.
- 10Cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
- 11Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
