Directions
- 1Cook the sausages until golden, then slice.
- 2Soften the onion and carrots in a pan until sweet, add the garlic and cook briefly.
- 3Stir in the Worcestershire and baked beans, then add the sausages and season well.
- 4Tip everything into an oven dish, spoon the mash over the top, add cheese if using.
- 5Bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
