Chop the red hot peppers.

Blend the chopped red peppers, garlic cloves, salt, sugar, and water.

Pour the mixture into a sterilized glass jar.

Ferment the mixture for at least 7 days.

Blend the fermented mixture with vinegar.

Cook the mixture on a medium-high flame until it comes to a boil.

If too spicy, add brown sugar or date syrup to balance.

Strain and cool the mixture.

Store in a sterilized bottle.

1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon date syrup
