Directions
- 1Add 250 milliliters of water in a skillet and turn on the heat to medium.
- 2As soon as the water starts to boil, add 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and stir.
- 3Then add 350 grams of wheat flour and keep stirring until it turns into a smooth and uniform dough.
- 4Transfer the dough to a large bowl, set aside and let it cool.
- 5Meanwhile, in a large bowl add three medium boiled potatoes cut into small cubes.
- 6Add half a teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of unsalted butter and mash into a puree.
- 7Add 100 grams of mozzarella cheese grated using the small holes on the grater and mix well until combined and set aside.
- 8Once the dough has cooled, transfer it to a countertop and cut the dough in half, then into eight pieces.
- 9Get one of these pieces and shape it into a ball. Repeat this process with all the other dough pieces.
- 10Get one of these dough balls, flatten it, add one teaspoon of potato filling and close the dough.
- 11Repeat this process with all the other dough balls.
- 12In a skillet filled with very hot oil, fry the snacks on both sides until golden brown.
