Add oil to a pan.

Crack an egg gently into the pan.

Season the egg with salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Cook the egg for 2 minutes.

Flip and cook the other side of the egg.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to another pan.

Add whole spices to the oil.

Let the whole spices splutter.

Add 3 chopped onions to the pan.

Cook until the onions turn golden.

Add ginger garlic paste to the cooked onions.

Cook for 2 minutes.

Add 2 chopped tomatoes to the pan.

Add salt as per taste.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

Add 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili.

Add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala.

Cook the mixture for 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the mixture.

Mix and bring the curry to a boil.

Add the fried eggs to the curry.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Add slit green chilies.

Mix and turn off the flame.
