Separate the fresh rice noodles.

Chop Chinese broccoli, carrots, and onions.

Make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.

Cook the shrimp in a wok until just cooked through and then remove them.

Add garlic, chilies, onions, carrots, Chinese broccoli, rice noodles, and Thai basil to the wok.

Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the wok and toss to combine.

Add the shrimp back to the wok and gently toss again.
