Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, milk, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, egg, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly with hands to ensure ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 9x13 pan and shape into a free-form loaf.

Bake in a 350 degree oven.

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to make the glaze.

Remove meatloaf from the oven, drizzle the glaze over the top, and spread with the back of a spoon to cover the sides.

Return meatloaf to the oven, increase heat to 400 degrees, and bake to caramelize the glaze.
