Directions

  1. 1Add melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar into a bowl.
  2. 2Whisk until well combined.
  3. 3Crack 2 eggs into the mixture.
  4. 4Separate one egg, adding the yolk to the mixture.
  5. 5Whisk the mixture again.
  6. 6Add Biscoff spread to the mixture.
  7. 7Whisk until combined.
  8. 8Add flour to the mixture.
  9. 9Mix until combined.
  10. 10Add white chocolate chunks to the batter.
  11. 11Fold the chocolate chunks into the batter.
  12. 12Scoop half of the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
  13. 13Spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  14. 14Place a frozen slab of Biscoff spread on top of the batter.
  15. 15Add the remaining batter on top of the Biscoff slab.
  16. 16Spread the top layer of batter evenly.
  17. 17Drizzle Biscoff spread over the top of the batter.
  18. 18Arrange Biscoff biscuits on top of the blondie batter.
  19. 19After baking, drizzle more Biscoff spread on the blondies.
  20. 20Add additional white chocolate chunks on top of the baked blondies.
  21. 21Cut the blondies into squares.
