Directions
- 1Drain the water from the pineapples into a glass.
- 2Mix all ingredients except flour and beat until smooth.
- 3Add flour and baking powder.
- 4Pour the dough into a mold (size 10x30 cm) and bake at 170°C for 40-45 minutes.
- 5Pour half of the pineapple syrup over the hot cake.
- 6Pour melted chocolate on top if desired.
- 7Serve and enjoy.

- 1 can canned pineapple
- 1 glass sugar
- 3 pieces eggs
- 10 g baking powder
- 2.5 glass flour
- 70 g sunflower oil

Tips
