For the sauce, mix orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a pan.

Once the sauce simmers, stir in a slurry of 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water and let thicken.

Toss the crispy chicken into the sauce to coat.
