Add anato oil, diced ham, sofrito, tomato sauce, and bouillon to a caldero.

Sauté the mixture for a few minutes until it is fragrant.

Add the beans, water, a blend of spices, adobo, and sazón.

Add olives, calabaza, onion, and cilantro for added flavor.

Cook for about 15 minutes.

Remove the aromatics (onion and cilantro).

Use a hand blender to mash some of the beans and calabaza to thicken the broth.
