Directions
- 1Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk these together.
- 2Then add your egg, oil, milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- 3Gently pour in warm water and whisk until the batter is nice and runny.
- 4Pour it into a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 150C (fan) for 30-40 minutes.
- 5Once cool, make your icing by mixing together melted chocolate and sour cream until smooth.
- 6Spread it over the cake.
- 7Cut it out and enjoy.

- 0.75 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 large egg
- 60 ml vegetable oil

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 125 ml warm water
- 170 g milk chocolate
- 125 g sour cream
