Take paneer and a little salt.

Add a little Eno and mix it in water until the bubbles settle.

Add the mixture into a mixer along with a spoon of ghee, a little turmeric, and red chili powder, then mix it.

Transfer it to any container and refrigerate it for a while to set properly.

Once set, cut or grate it and use it in any recipe.

200 g Paneer
0.5 tsp Eno
2 tsp Ghee
1.5 tsp Water
0.25 tsp Turmeric
0.25 tsp Red Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp Black Salt

Tips
Make sure to blend until smooth, adding no additional water while blending.
Let the cheese cool properly to ensure it sets and becomes firm.
You can blend it with a little milk to make a scrumptious cheese sauce or an amazing nachos sauce.
Use freshly made paneer for the best results.
Blending might take about 5 minutes to achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
If you don't use Eno, feel free to skip it and add a little milk instead.
