Slice the boneless chicken quarter leg into chunky pieces.

Add toyo and Knorr oyster sauce to the sliced chicken.

Add baking soda for softening.

Mix the chicken, then add potato starch and sesame oil.

Refrigerate while making the sauce.

Boil water in a pan.

Add Tang orange powder, oyster sauce, toyo, Knorr chicken powder, ketchup, and garlic powder.

Add cornstarch and water mixture and white sugar with free ants

Add potato starch to a bowl.

Add chicken and coat with potato starch.

Fry the chicken.

Add the sauce to the wok.

Add the fried chicken and mix.

Transfer to a serving bowl.

Garnish with sesame seeds.
