Directions
- 1Add 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar to a bowl.
- 2Whisk until combined.
- 3Add 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1 cup of milk to the mixture.
- 4Add vanilla.
- 5Whisk until combined.
- 6Add 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of baking soda to the mixture.
- 7Whisk until the batter is smooth.
- 8Pour the batter into a greased and lined cake pan.
- 9Bake at 320°F for 40-45 minutes.
- 10Remove the cake from the pan.
- 11Remove the parchment paper from the cake.
- 12Cut the top of the cake to level it.
- 13Light a candle and place it on the cake.
