Directions
- 1Shred 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- 2Shred half a cup of parmesan cheese.
- 3Shred half a cup of provolone cheese.
- 4Add all of your shredded cheeses to a mixing bowl.
- 5Add 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened to room temperature, to the mixing bowl.
- 6Add a third cup of sour cream to the mixing bowl.
- 7Add 10 ounces of thawed and squeezed-out frozen spinach to the mixing bowl.
- 8Add a drained, rinsed, and chopped can of artichoke hearts to the mixing bowl.
- 9Add one clove of minced garlic to the mixing bowl.
- 10Add a pinch of salt to the mixing bowl.
- 11Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the mixing bowl.
- 12Mix all the ingredients well until combined.
- 13Add the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- 14Top the mixture with a little bit more cheese.
- 15Pop the baking dish into a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
