Directions
- 1Add half a pound of ground beef to a skillet and start cooking.
- 2Once the ground beef is about halfway cooked, add a quarter cup of diced yellow onion.
- 3Cook until the meat is browned all the way through.
- 4Season with one tablespoon of minced garlic and cook for about two minutes.
- 5Add garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to taste.
- 6Once the meat is evenly seasoned, add one cup of beef broth and one cup of your favorite pasta sauce.
- 7Stir well and then add a quarter cup of milk.
- 8Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 9Once boiling, add one and a half cups of bow tie pasta.
- 10Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and cook for about 15-18 minutes until the pasta is done.
- 11Once the pasta is done, add a quarter cup of ricotta cheese and about half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 12Stir until everything is nicely combined.
- 13Serve with a dollop of ricotta cheese on top.
