Directions
- 1Start by cooking some pepperoni on medium heat until it's nice and crispy.
- 2Set the pepperoni aside and add some extra lean beef mince with the seasonings listed on screen.
- 3Once it's cooking, add some garlic and tomato paste.
- 4Then add some light cream cheese, hot sauce or buffalo sauce, and keep mixing until it's creamy.
- 5Add the crispy pepperoni back to the pan with some parsley, parmesan and mix it all together.
- 6Grab one tortilla and evenly distribute the filling with some grated mozzarella.
- 7Roll it up tightly and repeat the process for the other 11 rolls.
- 8Spray them with some light cooking oil.
- 9Add some oregano and more parmesan before baking them for a few minutes.
- 10Once they're done, store them in the fridge or freezer and reheat when you're ready to eat.

- 1.1 KG Extra Lean Beef Mince
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1.5 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
- 4 Diced Garlic Cloves
- 200 g Tomato Paste
- 80 g Softened Light Cream Cheese
- 100 ml Hot Sauce
- Parsley
- 15 g Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 12 Small/Medium Tortillas
- 20 g Grated Mozzarella
