Directions
- 1Mix yogurt with sugar, eggs and oil.
- 2Add the butter to the vanilla and salt. Integrate well until you get a very creamy consistency.
- 3Add flour and baking powder.
- 4Place in the mold.
- 5Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
- 6Remove from oven and let cool.
- 7Decorate with sugar glass and eat!

- 440 g yogurt griego sin azúcar
- 240 g azúcar
- 4 huevos
- 140 g aceite de aguacate
- 140 g mantequilla sin sal derretida
- 1 cdta flor de sal
- 1.5 cdas extracto de vainilla
- 420 g harina
- 3 cdtas polvo para hornear
- azúcar glass
