Directions
- 1Add the bacon in squares and let it brown and release all its flavor
- 2Add the onion, garlic and spinach
- 3When the spinach is soft, add the mushrooms
- 4Add sour cream, milk cream and a little Dijon mustard
- 5Add dried tomatoes and Parmesan and Mozzarella to give it the creaminess we need
- 6Serve this in an oven dish
- 7Add some pieces of brie cheese and more mozzarella on top to gratin more
- 8Take this to the oven for approximately half an hour or until you see that it is golden brown
- 9Accompany with pieces of crispy Arabic bread

- 3 lonjas tocineta
- 0.5 cebolla cabezona
- 2 dientes ajos
- 2 tazas espinaca
- 300 grs crema agria
- 150 grs crema de leche
- 20 grs mostaza dijon
- al gusto sal
- al gusto pimienta
- 40 grs parmesano
- 80 grs queso mozarella
- al gusto queso brie
- al gusto pan árabe
- champiñones
- tomates secos

Tips
- Let the bacon brown to release all its fat and give more flavor to this preparation
- Bake at 180 degrees for half an hour or until you see that it is golden brown
- I use Arabic bread but if you like another type of bread there is no problem you can do it.
- Let cool slightly and take to the table to share with family.
