Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9X13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2Add the frozen tater tots, bacon, and shredded cheese into the baking dish and mix.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, ranch seasoning, and cracked black pepper. Whisk well.
- 4Pour the egg mixture over the tater tot mixture.
- 5Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the eggs are set and no longer jiggly.
- 6Let it cool completely, cover with foil, and freeze.
- 7The day before Christmas, thaw in the refrigerator.
- 8On Christmas morning, heat in the oven at 350° until heated all the way through.
